For any games that are TBD, CANCELED or require rescheduling for any reason, the scheduled
HOME TEAM should use the SYS Rescheduling Request Form and follow these steps:

Head coach of the scheduled home team should contact the opposing coach as soon as possible to determine a 1st and 2nd choice date and time to reschedule their game.

The HOME TEAM head coach should complete the form below and submit it online to Rachel Baldino, SYS Field Coordinator. The Field Coordinator will obtain a field, verify referee availability and reply by e-mail to confirm reschedule information.

After our Field Coordinator confirms with the home team head coach by email when and where the game will be played, please be sure to contact the opposing coach immediately with this information. Please do NOT contact the opposing coach with the rescheduled game information until AFTER you have received CONFIRMATION.
